01Problem

Ten separate apps ran the console's two screens, so fixing one thing often broke another.

02What I did

I led the rebuild: one app now drives both screens. From the seat it looks familiar, which was the point.

03Result

Every change passes tests covering 100% of the code before it ships. Fixes stay fixed. One shared design system keeps new screens right the first time.

Before

About 10 apps passing messages back and forth to run two screens.

Now

1 app drives both screens. Fewer moving parts, fewer surprises.

A companion app that pairs with the machine

FlutterBluetooth LEApple HealthGoogle Fit

01Problem

People finished a workout and walked away with nothing to show for it. Many are older adults.

02What I did

It pairs with the machine, shows the live workout and saves it to Apple Health and Google Fit. Big type, big buttons.

03Result

One app replaced two separate iPhone and Android apps, built in 6 months by a team of two. 7,000+ people still use it six years later.

FlutterLight + darkGamified lessonsParent controls

01Problem

Kids learn a verse on Sunday and lose it by Wednesday. Worksheets can't compete with games.

02What I did

Short lessons around one verse a month, with streaks, a lion guide and a group leaderboard. In English and Spanish.

03Result

Approved and live on the App Store and Google Play, built by one developer from first screen to launch.

Flutter rewriteiOS, Android, webBarcode scanningDesign system

01Problem

Scan a barcode, get a Go or No for your health profile. But the app never said why.

02What I did

Rebuilt it end to end, with ingredient grades from A to F so every answer comes with a reason.

03Result

Rebuilt for iPhone, Android and web without pausing the live app. Updates kept shipping the whole time.

My own tooling · AI automation

AI does the busywork. I make the calls.

TypeScriptAI agentsLinearAutomated review

01Problem

Building software is full of small, repeatable steps. That's where hours disappear.

02What I did

Built a system where AI plans, builds and tests each change, and I review every one.

03Result

679 changes in 8 weeks, about 12 a day, and I review every one.

AI automation

A task that eats hours every week: reports, content, intake, handoffs. I find what's worth automating, then build it to keep working.

  • A map of where your hours go
  • Automations inside the tools you already use
  • Content pipelines: one recording, many posts
  • Yours to keep: you own it and can open it
